I was introduced to Dunn's
Jesus Remembered about a decade ago by a colleague at my workplace when I was asking the question, "Is this what Christianity is all about?" And through his writing, I learned about the research on historical Jesus and Wright's work,
Jesus, and the Victory of God, on this matter. Dunn's book was the first step toward opening my eyes to historical research on Jesus and the first century church, providing me a path to search for the answer to my question. Thank you James Dunn.
